Junior Recruiter – German speaker

Accountabilities:

Searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods such as social media, networking and searching job boards; Develop own network of candidates and seek to grow such network with relevant candidates for sector supported

Reviewing applications
-
Interviewing candidates on the phone to determine their suitability for the role
-
Manage job board advertising or client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness

Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates
-
Engage with senior recruiters or managers to discuss candidates profiles; Ensure regular communication with the recruitment team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity

Update the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects recruitment process

Develop an awareness of the client’s business and the recruitment needs
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and good phone manner
-
You should be fluent in English and German
